These Terms and Conditions govern the sale and supply services by I.T. Magic Limited to you. Each order placed by you will constitute a contract between you and I.T. Magic in accordance with these Terms and Conditions to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions. 1. Specification of Services The services are materially in accordance with the description given in this web site but you are responsible for maintaining your personal information and uploading banner graphics. Paid advertising on this site is operated on an annual basis. You will be expected to log-in to your account on an annual basis to verify the accuracy of details held. Accounts not reviewed will become inactive and shall be removed from UK-Photographers. UK-Photographers reserves the right to remove any listing if it is deemed to be not relevant, offensive, libelous, contains inaccurate or misleading information or where the advertiser operates in a manner likely to harm the reputation of UK-Photographers. Advertisers are limited to just one free listing on the site. Advertisers cannot create multiple free listings for the same or different companies. UK-Photographers does not allow multiple free listings promoting the same company or web site, created by different advertisers. Duplicate listings are always deleted and advertisers who repeatedly post multiple entries on the site will have their details permanently removed. The standard paid advertising period is 12 months. Paid listings are not transferable to other companies or 3rd parties. 2. Prices and Payment The prices of all optional services are as specified within our site. Prices may change and the applicable price is that shown on the day which your order is placed. All prices are inclusive of VAT, our VAT registration number is GB 651 1894 33. 3. Your Right to Cancel You have the right to cancel your order in respect of each and every service within 7 days of the date of completion of the order to you. To cancel your order you should notify us within that period. 4. Intellectual Property Rights All material on this site is covered by international copyright laws and treaties. Accordingly you should not copy, reproduce or retransmit any material from this site apart from downloading pages for your own personal use. 5. General Provisions We may alter these Terms and Conditions from time to time and post the new version on our site and that version will take effect immediately thereafter. You must check these Terms and Conditions on our site regularly. They, together with the privacy policy, the order form and any instructions in that order form, will form the contract between us. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall become illegal or unenforceable for any reason whatsoever then these Terms and Conditions shall take effect as if such provision had been omitted and the remainder of the Terms and Conditions shall not be affected. These Terms and Conditions and your use of our web site are governed by English law and you submit to the non exclusive jurisdiction of the English court. Failure by either party to exercise any right or remedy under this agreement does not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy. 6. Notices All notices shall be given to us via our contact details at the top of this page. Notice will be deemed received when an e-mail is received in full (or on the next business day if it is received on a weekend or during a public holiday) or 3 days after the date of posting.
